Like a lot of other firms who were started on the naivete of VC being a payoff, Core Capital is one of the firms that is going to probably not going to be around in the future.
... and honestly, do you think you would be getting a lot of value from them?
To be sure, they'll be making some bets on established companies, but more importantly, they will probably not be doing any bets on riskier investments. I'd go elsewhere....
